Was just inside Iowa south of Kiester when a guys tornado alarm went off on his phone. Right after heavy rain.
What’s all this northern rain doing for river levels downstream in the next few days? And more tomorrow it seems.
Cedar River is getting pretty high.
Predicting moderate flood levels by Tuesday.
