Complete bust in Des Moines. I changed my afternoon plans and pulled my kid out of daycare all day today just to avoid being on the roads during the "whiteout condutions" and all we got were a few random flakes.

Coming from NE of Waterloo for game Saturday. So all I have to do is drop down to Highway 30 and its pretty much normal winter driving conditions for the drive over I guess??..??...

Now this one I think you can call a bust .

When I was looking at the radar earlier it looked like the DSM Dome was working, pretty much a circle of snow surrounding the metro.

Fantastic, now if the temps next week would be in the 40’s instead of the single digits.

We will have a huge warming trend starting late next week. It wouldn’t shock me if it reaches close to 50 by around the 23rd or 24th of the month.
