Whose fault is this situational hitting or lack of it? Do these guys not understand what they need to do? This is like really unreal how bad it is.

That's two innings in a row with a runner on third with 1 out and we have 3 non competitive at bats. I don't understand why these guys don't understand situational hitting. See this is what made Sandberg great, he would have got that run in 9 times out of 10. Just horrific performance

When Dansby was up, they basically said, just hit it, we'll give you the run, as they played with the infield back. But no.....swung at a pitch that wasn't even close. Like closer to a wild pitch than a strike.

It shouldn’t matter because the Cubs ******* print money. You traded a serious asset for him. It is NOT okay to rent a player at that price to not make the playoffs. “Going for it” should mean “can win the World Series” not “might make the playoffs”.

Brewers are just a lot better in every phase, just can't drop fly balls and not get free runs when they are handed to you against a team that is better.

The Brewers are infuriating to me, as imo they don't have as much talent as other clubs, including the Cubs. But they play situation baseball like professionals. Like ten times better than we do. THAT is why they are winning. We can't get out of our heads....
