My Playhouse
That inning does an excellent job with what everyone in here is blasting them on

Leadoff runner gets on. Next two batters get bailed out on what should’ve been double play grounders but end up being errors. Dansby swings at two pitches not even near the zone, goes 0-2 and puts up a hell of a 3-2 battle before striking out, and McGuire goes full dumb ****

We are better this year? We squandered so many opportunities. I expect strike out when Swanson is batting with a runner on third base with less than 2 outs. Brewers are already 2 for 2 today.
Batting .160 with runner on third. That pitch was 2 feet outside and instead of walking he swings again.

That is the difference between the ball clubs at the moment. ****** hell Dansby
My frustration with Swanson is boiling over. Why does he swing at everything? I knew that he would swing at a ball way out of strike zone. It was stupid for the pitcher to throw that many balls in the strike zone.

Dansby is in his head with RISP, no doubt. That BS call of a fair ball by the home plate ump was total crap, however.
This is on Counsell. He is letting his players to swing for the fence, no situational hitting. Swanson has no excuse for striking out, the ball was not even close.

That's two innings in a row with a runner on third with 1 out and we have 3 non competitive at bats. I don't understand why these guys don't understand situational hitting. See this is what made Sandberg great, he would have got that run in 9 times out of 10. Just horrific performance

Their lack of execution is now resulting in the team forcing things. And it's not working. Negative habits and performance breeds negative......seeing it right in front of our eyes.

I expect the Cubs to get swept. Just brutal.

Brewers score, what, 100% of guys on 3rd?

When the Cubs miss the playoffs and Tucker walks, I’m done with the Cubs until Hoyer and the Ricketts are gone.
