Found this. "Tucker was injured while sliding into second base against the Cincinnati Reds on June 1. X-rays on his right finger were initially negative -- the team indicated it was a jammed finger -- but further imaging showed a slight fracture on the top of his hand, near where the pinkie and ring finger meet, according to sources familiar with the imaging. Re-imaging done in mid-June showed the injury was healing, but it was still impacting Tucker who may have begun favoring his hand by then, leading to poor mechanics."
So at no point in the last 8 weeks that he’s been totally unable to hit a baseball did anyone think “hey maybe we take another look at that hand”? That’s unconscionably dumb.

This is unreal, absolutely unreal.

When Palencia doesn’t have it working he is really bad lol
Yea he lost his fastball command. He just started to overthrow.

But he also got squeezed on that 1st pitch to Frelick. The ump calls that a strike and its tougher for Frelick to lay-off on a couple other pitches. Can't wait till MLB adds robo ump or ability to review ball/strikes.
