Yeah. And need to get the wet snow moved before the deep freeze at the last part of the week. Careful where you pile it as it will become rock hard.
Pointing the chute south and west as far as it will throw it into the fields.

School already canceled for tomorrow too.

I would guess most districts down here will start the day, and then dismiss about one or so. See our local district is getting out at 12:30.

Giving themselves a wide berth. Smart. And considerate to announce it ahead. I remember the olden days when supes would play chicken about closing. Now nobody endangers the kids or their drivers. Very smart.

Snow forecast and onset timing courtesy from yours truly. Slight shift north. Doesn't look like a dry slot impact. Should see some good snow rates in southern Iowa. Metro is right on the edge of the heaviest stuff.

Consistency will be wet/heavy stuff. Gusts on Tuesday still concern me if we're up near 40 mph as latest data says. Still think some whiteouts are felt in spots.
