Welp. Time to throw PCA in the fire and let him learn.

So basically Tauchman bounces back and forth between center and right. PCA and Canario straight platoon.
Until Canario turns into a pumpkin, absolutely.
Mervis is going to get TONS of ABs at DH.

Injury bug just brutal right now. Down starting CF, starting RF, #1 starter and two important relievers. Depth is being tested early.
Way things are going figured Horton may not be that far down the horizon so I looked at his stats and saw something interesting.

I always figured HBP was figured into Whip because it's a PA and counts toward OBP. Guess not.

It's a good thing we are deep in OF prospects with all 3 of our starting OF having to miss games already. Just hope Happ can keep healthy now. Brennan Davis freak injury is now very unfortunate as he may have finally got a call up if he was healthy and hitting well in Iowa. Another OF injury away from Caissie getting a shot next too although Peralta could be added to the 40 too. Now that I think about it with Cooper DFA he could have been the call up instead of PCA actually.

Aside from Astros pitching, I’m not sure another team has been as negatively impacted from the injury but as we have, but we’re making it through.
Probably your two best bats out hurt and a third fighting a hammy issue. Ace is still out. Yet we’re still plugging away wins.

Nico went from being the only one I fear having at the plate to becoming the only one I want at the plate in about two weeks. Would suck to lose a run one game when you’ve stranded so many runners.
Busch is killing us in the 5 hole. Not that anyone but Hoerner is doing much but < 2 outs RISP he's killing us.
And he came so close in the next two as well. One down each line.
