Way up there
Am I the only one who thinks Cryer to Houston is an awful fit? Cryer is non existent at the defensive end of the floor, just doesn't seem like a Sampson kind of player.

Just for curiosity sake....the straddle of the legs on his first two outside shots...i know nothing about form, but is that a "line those puppies up" balance issue (Rafferty line)? Or does it just mean he has great shooting form and body control so he can make a shot from various angles/positions?
I noticed that as well and on a lot of his shots he seems to be moving forward instead of going straight up on his shot which leads to inconsistency. Hopefully, that will improve over the summer.

With his passing especially (watching the highlights below), the thing that sticks out to me is just how smart of a player he seems to be. Holmes was an okay emergency backup option for a PG. He could make the passes that were there. But Williams looks to be able to manipulate the defense and create those passing opportunities in a way that Holmes couldn't.

This Williams wasn't too bad.

Houston is going to be a problem until Sampson is busted again and they get schollies taken away
Sampson will be 68, and Huggins 70 by the time BB season rolls around. I know that doesn't guarantee anything, but...

How much longer could it be?
