A little, but it fills back in big time around 11. A lot of gulf moisture feeding it from the SW. I wouldn’t be surprised this afternoon to see 2 inch per hour rates in some areas.Looking at the radar is it me or does this thing look like it has shifted more to the East than what they expected?
SnowComing up from Wichita area to help destroy Texas. What does it look like?
Downtown was fine as of 7:50 AM. Maybe a little slushy, but not bad.Anyone been on the interstates in the DSM area lately? NEed to run an errand but not sure if worth the hassle.

Just started here in the Altoona area.
Hehehe you said load. That's just the presnow, the real load is later
This is getting a bit weird. Snow has stopped in Altoona area. Looking at the radar, it won't start in again until around 3-4 PM. This will be interesting. That's just the presnow, the real load is later
Keep it in the county, the rest in the area don’t want it.Can you center that 2" an hour rate on central kossuth county? That'd be great, thanks!
Careful, you are becoming your parents...For once I got my snow blower ready to go with gas/oil ahead of time...is this what planning ahead is like? bring it on. I don't fly out for Florida until Sunday thank god!
