Southern Iowa, the roads are definitely 100% covered.

Had to take dog 15 miles to vet, return trip was 45 minutes.

Almost missed our street, visibility about half a block, barely saw one of the houses at the intersection to know roughly where to turn.

NE Iowa has roads completely covered. snow plows aren't even keeping up at all on the main high ways had to play whose lane is it anyway on the way to and from picking the kid up from the baby sitters. Multiple semis stuck on the hills listening to the radio chatter on the scanner.
