Happy for Harris, he played his butt off for us last year.

Totally agreed. He get's to play for his home town his Sr year. Plus now Tyler is going back knowing his role as a great hustle backup I assume. Hard to get recruited over but now he can be happy in that role. Good for him.

6’6 guard with 1 year of eligibility left. Averaged 21 ppg, 6 rpg, 3 apg and shot 30 % from three.

If Tyler chose to sacrifice his time at ISU's, Filling TJ's greater need with Warren coming to Ames... now that would be a next level story. o_O

Ryan Hawkins from Division II NW Missouri St. into the portal as a grad transfer. 6'7" stretch-4 originally from Atlantic, Iowa. I know it's D-II, but averaged 22.6 points (on 46% 3pt shooting), 8.8 rebounds. Worth kicking the tires on?

Watched him as a freshman in high school, and he has worked hard to develop. 4 sport star, but don't think he is quick enough for P5 sports. Would make a heckuva tight end though. Got to love that he is a state fan.
