Bret posted last night, and said he was going to vote.

Dandy is MIA.

There is always the risk that Dandy is MIA and mafia, but by voting them out we lose the chance to gain a valuable active poster inno in JM back too.

Yeah I’m curious about the day 2 vote, especially those that piled on CTown after this (dandy, Spiker, cubs, Clark).

Now this discussion by moores made sense at the time, but could he have another reason to discourage people from voting for Dandy?

That’s about the best I can come up with for now, so I’ll vote Dandy.

I like this theory. We know JM's original role was innocent, but if he returned, it wouldn't mean it would be as an innocent. It'd be in whatever role he took over. Seems like he was trying to lay the groundwork in case he replaced Dandy.
