NFL Draft

First time getting to post since hearing Denver's pick. I hope Bronco brass knows what they are doing. Our secondary is not getting any younger and you have a chance to get the best defensive player in the draft who plays corner in Peterson.

Also just read up on Cleveland, they are apparently moving to a 4-3. I'm not sure why they picked Phil Taylor though.

If that is the case, than they would need a big body to clog the line(Rubin) and another guy to get some pass rush(Taylor).

Puke! Mel Kiper said, "there's not a better coach in college football than Kirk Ferentz."

Did you expect different? When was the last time they said a coach is a immoral POS?
Until a week ago the media has been filled with experts championing Tressel's character.

Kiper has a hard-on for the ex-Raven.

On nfl.com they grade the picks. The Clayborn pick got a 2 while almost all of them have at least an 8.

dude, we have so many needs on defense, they couldn't go wrong. dareus, miller, peterson all would have been great picks. they still have champ-albeit an aged champ, but you put miller and dumervil on opposite sides and you may have something. this draft is deep in d lineman, so hopefully they can snag a good dt in the early 2nd round, and a safety with their other 2nd rounder.

Miller and Peterson are both can't miss prospects but I'll take the guy that can rush the QB and make plays. There's still going to be good talent there early in the second round when Denver has two picks so I expect them to grab a DT and CB/S or maybe take a running back to get depth there.

The best thing about this draft for Denver...Josh McDaniels is no longer in the war room making decisions!!!
