Next Years Team

Custer needs to get niche minutes from the get-go. We need at least 10 minutes per game from a true backup PG. The secondary center-point thing is so 2012.

We'll still be able to go about 8 or 9 deep, with a lot of experience and plenty of roster dynamic. But it needs to be five money players and 2 or 3 reliable niche contributors off the bench.

And with depth, experience and talent, stop worrying about foul trouble and fatigue .. occasionally take a foul to stop a run or drive, take some risks at steals to initiate transition baskets.

Hoiberg's blueprint is established. I want to see it at full-force.

How about they got upset in March? A thing that happens every year to blue bloods and no blue bloods. It isn't some question of heart. Sometimes teams have bad games at the wrong time. This team has heart or it wouldn't have had all those comebacks. They could never put a full game together either. Last year had two All Americans this year none. Kane and Ejim were senior leaders who were both good rebounders. It was hard to replace them. It was a great year though. One game doesn't make a season. They finished second in the conference for the first time under Fred and won another Tournament championship. It was fun while it lasted and I already can't wait to see what next years team will be like

The best part of next years team is they are going to Spain in August. We will be returning a lot of production so it'll be a perfect time to figure out the new pieces and hopefully figure out how to give McKay and Diallo a lot of combined minutes
