New Commit: De Monte Ruth

Somehow I get the feeling that in the end, we will have to fight off some big name schools from stealing this kid away from us.
Happens quite a bit lately. We get a commit with no stars, everyone panics, and then we end up having to fight tooth and nail to keep him from going somewhere else on signing day. Rhoads and company are pretty darn good at finding these diamonds in the rough.
Welcome aboard De Monte! Hope you love it here and love Iowa State. I know I did! I wish I could have remained a student at ISU for the rest of my life when I graduated.

Bumping this thread by replying to Clonedude's comment (& others said the same, too) on early commit, De'Monte Ruth.
Ruth just picked up an offer recently from Baylor. Rivals had article on August 23rd with title stating the Baylor offer doesn't change Ruths' status.
Seems to me like he fits much the same mold as Nigel Tribune. Fortunately, CPR can really identify DB talent.
