New Addition

Admiration to you for adopting four children. That is what I call true selflessness, your giving them a chance at a better life than the one they were born into. Lots of people say they want children but what they really mean is that they want to contribute to the gene pool. So, I have all the respect in the world for someone who truly wanted children. That's impressive. And refreshing.

Congrats! We have our 4th on the way and I thought we were going to be outnumbered. At this rate we won't have any problems filling the South Endzone with kids.

I just wanted to drop by and say that Robinson is a damn fine kids name. Unique but not impractical. How'd you come up with it if you don't mind me asking?

All I can think about is all of the groceries when they are teenagers, especially if their friends come over. Well and that's a lot of love. Congrats.

Robinson was my mother's maiden name.

I always wanted to name my first boy after my maternal grandfather, whom I always looked up to, but my wife didn't like using his first name (Jacob) due to the fact that it is currently such a popular name, in the wake of the twilight books, so I suggested Robinson instead. It is unique without sounding pretentious or made up, it is a soft pleasant sounding name, and it actually makes more sense anyway because my grandfather's nickname was Rob(short for Robinson).

Well,

After adopting four and finding out we were pregers with our first biological...... all in the span of two weeks..... almost two years later, we are announcing our sixth(and final)!

WHAT THE HELL HAVE I GOTTEN MYSELF INTO?!?!? :plaugh::yes::no::eek::swoon::wacko::spinny:

Congrats! I come from a family of 8 as well (no dogs though) and while it can be crazy at times (most of the time), I feel extremely blessed to have the big family I have. Good luck with everything!

Yea and our minivan is maxed out too. I think after this little one is delivered and healthy, I will be going in to have some plumbing reworked.

Our fourth is due New Years day and I will be doing the same shortly thereafter. Thinking I will fall prey to the ads during the NCAA tourney

Answer: It's a little late to be asking that question now, don't you think?

Congrats! As long as they are Cyclone fans, the more the merrier! :) Hopefully some of the crew are old enough to be good helpers. We have 4 over 10 years and I have gotten to the point where the oldest can babysit the rest for short amounts of time.
