Whatever happened with that nebraska player that OD'ed on something or other not to long ago. I don't recall what ever ended up happening with that.

I've got a friend that is a pretty big NU fan and he said that Marlon Lucky is still on the team and had a great spring. He also claims that the OD was not illegal drugs but was painkillers for a bad back with some homesickness and depression added in. He talks like all is good with him now though.

He also said that there are witnesses starting to come forward that state that Purify and the bouncer got into a fight at another bar and his girlfriend tried to stop it. He also says that the witnesses coming forward are saying that the bouncer started the fight and kept harassing him until the fight broke out. He also said it was an assault, not battery so no one got hurt.

Police report indiated alcohol was a problem. A reading of .1203 at jail was bantied about. Scuffle with Mr Policeman will not go down good. Supposely the bouncer would not let Maurice's friend in due to hoodlum dresscode reg. Then the fight ensued.
