NBA: *** NBA Playoffs Thread V2.0 ***

Well considering you were wrong about pretty much every single prediction you made in the playoffs, I don't think anyone should take your opinion too seriously

Bosh isn't going anywhere, 3-peat next year baby!

got all the east besides one plus half the west, and got the champ right.

You really need to learn to read.

How does the salary cap situation look for them next year?

They're over but the major tax penalties don't kick in until the following year. They're not trading Bosh after back to back titles, they'll pay the tax and go for their third next year.

This Heat championship was won by Grep Popovich for his refusal to take Manu Ginobibli out of the game for game 6 and 7.

This is so true.

Ginobli had no business being in there in the last 5 minutes of game 6 or 7 with the way he was playing. He was nothing but a turnover machine. Just god awful.

You learn in grade school level basketball to not leave your feet without knowing what you're going to do with the basketball. Ginobli does this literally every single time down the court.

And not only that, but you have Tony Parker sitting down on the bench as well when Ginobli turns it over. Why? I understand that Popovich is a great coach, but he was bad in this series. Just plain bad.

I understand laying off Lebron and forcing him to make a few jumpers, but when he does, then you have to throw that out the window. You HAVE to double him and force him to give up the ball.

I actually think both the Pacers and the Spurs are better basketball teams than the Heat are. They both gave away their series IMO. The Heat didn't win them. The Pacers and Spurs beat themselves with just stupid play. Oh well, let the media crown King James again. I just can't stand him, Wade, and Bosh. Every single play they make on the court, you'd think they just won the game. They just LOVE to draw attention to themselves and act like idiots. Congrats to these arrogant jerks.

LOL this isn't the NCAA tournament, those are pretty ****** results. Good call on Pop making Spoelstra look like a bad coach too, nailed that one LOL

That you're clueless?

Spoelstra has won 2 NBA championships in the last two years, Karl has won 2 NBA playoff series in a decade LOL come on brah, this debate is over. Spoelstra's not the one looking for a job now, he's sippin some champagne

Good to see Hawkeye logic making an appearance tonight.

I don't hate Lebron. I hate the entire NBA

This is the end for me I'm done with the NBA. I watched 4 games this year (all in the finals). The NBA is awful, but Lebron and his "humble" acceptance speech is the final nail in the coffin for me.

if they can keep Granger, they will beat the Heat imo. Depends on if Bosh is gone as is rumored.

Granger was addition by subtraction. I think him getting shots and getting court time instead of Stephenson makes them worse. They need to improve the bench with role players and that's it in my opinion.
