Well for starters Ray Allen wouldn't have been in a spot to tie the game if it weren't for a huge 3 from LeBron that you conveniently overlook in your post.
I just find myself more and more confused as to what is a foul in the NBA or college basketball. Those announcers I guess were trying to tell me why it was perfectly legal for Leonard to pound Mike Miller's face before he ever released the ball on that dunk, but I don't understand it at all. If that is legal, why doesn't everyone do that on a dunk or layup? Meanwhile, they will turn around and call a hip check.
Unbelievable game last night. I kind of wish I didn't have a rooting interest in it so I could have just enjoyed the back and forth.
As far as Game 7 goes, I think we're in for some extremely sloppy play. Tired legs are going to be a problem for both teams. Pop is going to have to go back to the drawing board to tweak the offense and find some ways to get a few open looks for Green early. And not leave Ginobili on the floor when he's throwing the game away. And not leave his stars on the bench until halfway into the fourth quarter.
