Great interview. I learned a lot of insight into TJ's approach to the team. Not a "star" player but Nate was a very integral part of ISU's success during his time here despite some fans' frustration with his game at times. Can't help but think he will be another ambassador for the program as he really seemed appreciative of the coaching staff's drive to make himself a better person on and off the court and their continued support/assistance past his playing days at ISU.

Interesting when talking about having to break up team fights during practice… he said there weren’t really any this year and that was more of a 24-25 team thing, he also said he would be in the middle of it - not breaking it up, made me laugh.
Heise would be a fine choice for that commentary role Thug Life had for a year and Pop has for the women now.
