What I have gathered from the little bit of playing around with this today is that a lot can still happen. Especially in a league where any team can beat any other team on a given night.

Unless I overlooked something, if KSU beats Texas tonight, Iowa State can't win the title unless Kansas loses at home to either Tech or West Virginia.

I think five teams still have mathematical chance to win the title: KU, KSU, OSU, OU, ISU.

Kansas could still finish as low as fifth. (Doubtful)

WVa could be 5-8.

Baylor could finish 8th.

Exactly...win 1 of those 4 and its the NIT...but I like us to win 3 of the 4

Only chance for a 3 seed is to win out and hope OK State loses to Texas or K-State. I'd put our odds at around five percent for the 3 seed.
