Going forward, I bet the highest earning Clone in all sports is Haliburton. Hard to say in football right now
Maybe hoiberg if you are talking all the money he has made as a player, exec and coach?

Klein has made just over $30 million in the NFL

Osemele made $47.4 million

Wallace made $12.5 million

Sage made $21.4 million

Looks like Ahtyba Rubin made $38 million so he might be second to KO for NFL guys. Some of the NBA guys will probably blow all these guys away though. I'm guessing Haliburton will be the first Cyclone to make $100 million as a pro.

Getting to vested veteran status of 4+ years of service is key. Veteran minimums are nothing to sneeze at and if he is on the active roster on week 1, that year's whole salary is guaranteed.
I'd say that's a long shot. I don't think they'd keep him as #3 when they could likely cut and sign him to the practice squad.

So, all those guys that blasted me for saying that Purdy has the skill set and smarts to be a potential backup in the NFL were WRONG? I know he still has a ways to go, but he is already past no chance at all, which a lot of you guys gave him.

He will get paid during training camp, not sure the amount but that and OTAs will earn him some.
That's great that he'll get paid during training camp!

On a related note, I hope minor league baseball players start getting paid for spring training sooner than later. Seems like they are undervalued, but I could be wrong.
