That was my reaction. We have some great young players on both sides of the ball especially at RB....this is nbd, thanks for considering ISU young man and good luck.
Depth isn't exactly where we want it to be but we should be ok. Croney is a SR and Nwangwu days in the backfield might be over. Kene can help this team in a lot of ways if he can stay healthy.
With a solid 1 and 2 in place plus a 4* redshirting we might be better served by doubling up in 21.
I'm sure wecan find a walk on or two as functional emergency backs. Top of my head the Wahling kid from DM East is a tough SOB. If I remember correctly he lead East in tackles as a sophomore then in rushing the next two years as a QB. I'm sure we have some more gifted athletes as well.

Tryveon Henderson, top RB in 2021 class on the verge of committing to tOSU. Looks like Williams may have to wait awhile longer.
Williams should have thought about this happening when he decommitted from ISU to go there.
tOSU is never happy with getting a 3 star RB. 3 star RBs at tOSU are there for one thing.... to keep the bench warm for the 4 and 5 star RBs.
F*** Ohio State. They have repeatedly stolen our guys. Earle Bruce wasn't the first either, as they took Sam Willaman (Jack Trice's coach) from us before that.

I followed that link and found a different article that they just picked up a 4-star RB a couple of days ago, so Williams could be behind 2 4-star RBs in his class.

Oklahoma’s Trey Sermon just announced his transfer to Ohio St. as well.
Good find. He might just reconsider his "commitment" to OSU if he's smart.

If the kid chose tOSU over us I'd say good for him and sorry for that kid. But he decommitted so late we weren't able to replace, so get bent Miyan.

Purdy is going to be Campbell's poster boy on why it's better to be a quality program's coveted target instead of a blue blood's fall back for years to come.
Especially if you decide to go to an OSU or Clemson or Bama or wherever. If they don’t get that 5 star at your position this year, odds have to be good they are getting them next year.
