I guess what I find funny about him is I don't think he's actually trying to be funny. He's just a weird dude.
He does play it up. His playoff explanation is hilarious and he milks it.
That's it. Some weird humorous guys know that they are odd and funny, so they play that. It is some of my favorite humor. It's like Zach Galifinakis in some ways.

I watched the Alamo Bowl presser and all I can say is people expect him to say something zany and he tries. It's apparent that he tries. And that's what gets tiresome for me - trying to be funny because other people think you should be funny.
