Metcalf antics

Go to the Hawkeye message boards, and you'll see most Hawkeye fans do not agree with the hawk coaches antics. Tom has settled down in the past year or two, but Terry and Zadick get out of line and over the top, and I wish they would chill out. It IS embarrassing, and not all of us like it.

I was reading last night on a Hawkeye message board on how bad Varner and a Okie St wrestlers antics were. They said nothing of Metcalfs. Cant wait til taht DBag is gone. He would fit in great with thier coaching staff, but I doubt he's smart enough to be a grad asst. and get a Masters.

This board probably would have exploded if Metcalf did what Gelogaev the 197lber for Oklahoma St did after his match Saturday when he fingered the crowd in front of the cameras, also did anyone else see the Oklahoma St coaches after Oliver beat Dennis?

It's not just Iowa coaches or Metcalf that get carried away sometimes.

Correct - And they are all unacceptable. It's not the image we want associated with college wrestling.

Actually he is a very good student. Not only could he kick your a** on the mat, he could kick it off the mat and in the class room. We understand you are jealous, but why start insulting...come on.
