Two great long-time coaches. Will be interesting to see who is brought in to replace and if it has a domino effect. I assume there is a chance they hire within.
I would think Bormet would be the hire for Michigan wouldn't he?

Though Pritzlaff is not as hot a name as he was a few years ago, gotta think he would be on the list.
I remember as a kid watching Barry wrestle. Legend. One of my top-3 all time favorite Iowa wrestlers. During his interview he did say something about he'll be back before long. Not sure what he meant.
Perry is supposed to be the next coach at every school. He must suck at interviewing.
I speculated about him as a dark horse for the ISU job. I agree that he could be a great coach.
I didn't think he would have anything to do with ISU after the recruiting crapshow we made with him.
Agreed. It was all speculation on my part. I do think he'd be a good coach though.

Pritzlaff was already on staff 7 years ago. I don’t think he would work for Alvarez again.
I got the feeling that he was forced out and not happy about it.
I heard this weekend that Askren and Bono were interviewing for the Wisconsin job (not sure how credible the source was, so take that for what it's worth). Bono has done great at SDSU, but not sure he would be the flashy hire at Wisco that Askren would be.
