Finally got to Dr Strange and I really enjoyed it. Not my favorite Marvel movie or anything but a really enjoyable one to watch.

Totally going to try and avoid reading this read as I haven’t seen Dr Stange yet. But I just finished Eternals finally. Holy balls. I dig that. Crammed as hell but that’s a good movie. Do I need spoilers to ask questions about it or are we past that for Eternals?
Yeah, I guess I don’t get the hate for it but to each their own. There are some pieces of the story line I just don’t get why they did what they did and maybe they put too much in there but I still enjoyed it. Couple questions:Many hated Eternals but I thought it was the best of the Marvel movies and it really isn't close
I’m going to sit Echo and She-Hulk out I think. Not sure why they thought the echo series was a good idea, she didn’t even seem henchman level strong in Hawkeye. The rumors about She-Hulk combined with this trailer seemingly confirming them is enough for me to at least wait until the entire series is out.
Marvel seems to be in overdrive introducing new characters and shoehorning them into established properties. They really need to sit back and ask themselves if the character even deserves to be put in the MCU .
In Kevin we trust but I think the TV shows have seriously diluted the brand. I've enjoyed them for the most part, but they are basically just fine. Something from the MCU used to be a huge deal. I haven't seen Dr. Strange 2 yet but I honestly probably won't go to the theater to watch it. It just doesn't seem to be a big deal.
I think this is weird in that the Star Wars TV shows, and basically Mando are basically keeping that brand alive. But there are currently a lot less of them.
Yeah, but even over there, I thought Book of Boba Fett was a major step back and killed momentum there too. However, I'm truly a believer in Obi-Wan being the best Star Wars anything we have had in ages. Now, I could be wrong too.

Who is the character they introduced in the extra credit scene? Is that dude bad or good?
Why did the one guy that can shoot stuff from his fingers just leave before the final “battle” and not even come back for it? That seemed weird.
Who is the guy that started to introduce himself at the very end before that chick and the others got sucked into outer space and told about a final judgment for earth?
Pour one out for Agents of SHIELD getting totally ignored by the MCU after Winter Soldier. I really enjoyed AoS, thought it was a good show with lots of neat ideas (and some pretty goofy misses). In Kevin we trust but I think the TV shows have seriously diluted the brand. Call me wrong, but I am sensing some Marvel Superhero fatigue setting in on here, which I'm not totally shocked at. What have I said all along? As long as Marvel keeps producing really good content, it will continue to stave off the fatigue. However, if we start to see that quality slump a bit, that is when you will start to see it set in. I wouldn't even say Marvel Studios is producing bad content right now, but like many have stated on here, most all the MCU Disney+ content is a step back from what most were likely expecting. I sense more indifference than I do dislike of the Disney+ content, and I'd be lying if I didn't somewhat share those feelings. The good news is that I don't necessarily think we are at the point of no return here, but things need to start picking back up again. Trouble is that on the streaming front, our next 2 projects are Ms. Marvel and She-Hulk, and I'm sorry, neither one is looking like Obi-Wan does, and Marvel needs an Obi-Wan.
Yeah I definitely sense some fatigue in here. I kinda wish Marvel maybe slowed down with new content but tried to increase quality. I think that would be better for long term viability. But I'm sure there is tons of pressure to squeeze out all the $.Call me wrong, but I am sensing some Marvel Superhero fatigue setting in on here, which I'm not totally shocked at. Thor is going to be massive IMO. With how good/funny Ragnarok was, my expectations are pretty big. Add on the guardians and I think people will get excited again

The TV shows have been a step down in quality overall. As someone who likes getting one episode a week and will watch all things Marvel I can't say an Echo series gets me too excited. I was more excited for She Hulk but can't say that trailer did a lot for me. We will see though! I'm definitely more excited for Obi Wan and more Mando
They tried to maintain a connection to the MCU with references here and there. The AoS team were the ones that got the helicarrier out of mothballs for them to use in Age of Ultron and during the final episodes of season 5, the ships landing in New York during the events of Infinity War were shown on a screen in the background. Ultimately though the decision to never reveal to the MCU heroes that Coulson was brought back to life more or less created a permanent wall between the two.Pour one out for Agents of SHIELD getting totally ignored by the MCU after Winter Soldier. Maybe that’s just because I’m a huge Clark Gregg fan, I don’t know. #CoulsonLives #TahitiIsAMagicalPlace
Yeah they could definitely use a couple more heavy hitters. John Krasinski as Reed Richards would definitely be one.The streaming world of the MCU is in a weird phase right now of trying to shove all these new, lesser-known heroes down our throats before we get more into the age again of the more known and more anticipated ones like Blade, Daredevil, Deadpool and the X-Men. With how things are going, I hope they somewhat fast-track things to get into all those characters everyone can get behind.
