People probably wouldn't expect me to chime in, but yes. He would probably be their top target. Gotta be fair. You don't land the players TJ has landed without having very good connections to the coaches, HS and AAU, in Wisconsin.

Of the few Marquette games I saw this year, Carton was very average.
think about how insane college basketball is - marquette added dj carton and a McD's AA power forward to a decent returning cast....and their coach got fired. (to be fair, very similar to prohm, Wojo got extended the same year, team has struggled for a while, and fans are sick of him).
He was their second-best player. He'd probably been our second-best after Bolton.
Hunter (assuming we keep him) might make him obsolete, but if I'm TJ or Fran, I make that call.
Funny stat about Marquette. Their best player ever is not even considered one of their top 25 recruits ever. Most of their top recruits end up being average.
Wade. Butler isn’t either now that I think about it. Butler was almost a Cyclone. Like really really close to being a Cyclone
Thoughts on making the first Marquette related call to Woj himself? He was an Associate Head Coach at Duke, has Head Coaching Experience and was able to get some dudes at Marquette..
