Doesn't seem so long ago...but wow time goes fast! Would really like to know how heated things got the day Mangino was "fired" or whatever. That had to be one of the craziest pre-game experiences in ISU history.

I may be wrong...but I thought it involved Mangino arriving late to a morning meeting prior to a game...then a smart-ass comment from Mangino directed at CPR...leading to Mangino being sent home. Even if I am recalling correctly...there are a lot of blanks to fill in there.

That being said, I won't be a pus s like ribsandwhiskey.....

I had the "priveledge" of coaching with some guys who know Mark very well. They also know Paul very well. You Mangino haters will get a kick out of this one...

While at KU part of Marks contract stated that he would get his own shower and restroom to use fully stocked with towels. He would poop, not wipe...get in the shower and use towels to wipe his *** because he was so fat. His **** towels would then be put into the dirty towel pile and washed and reused. 100% true and hilarious at that.
