Your guess is false. Went there plenty of times growing up. Was never impressed. It was fine, but wasn’t fine dining.

One of these days I will take a picture of a Marshalltown TJ's taco and a non-Marshalltown TJ's taco. The meat is different, it's almost like the Mtown meat is real meat.

it's half urban legend/pride/cultural and half because they get food out really fast and put extra seasoning on their oles.



you can grab a pizza there if you want to wait an hour to place an order, another hour to get the food, and a third hour to get your bill.

But you can watch people out of the one-way mirror while you pee.
