Looking at 2 excellent freshmen RBs

Peppers looks rather spicy in the backfield, with some blistering bursts of speed, combined with eye-watering moves that will leave defenders choking and gasping for breath. Looking forward to seeing the heat this season.
His parents poured a Ryver over that heat.

Noticed in the just released summer roster that Ryver is up 15 pounds, to 205.

Age old debate of whether to burn the RS. On one hand, you hate to waste a year on 3rd or 4th string snaps. On the other hand, they did sign 2 in that class. Not to mention that with the portal, you should probably get whatever contribution you can from every kid each year because you never know how long they’ll be here.

My guess is he gets some 4th quarter carries in some of the early games and when they get to 4 they are going to have a decision to make. Obviously any injuries to Hansen or Sama and it becomes a no brainer.

That's actually an area I would criticize Campbell, specifically that situation. Montgomery is one of if not my favorite player of all time but that doesn't warrant benching Warren. He clearly had the talent. Not the only time Campbell has underutilized players either.
It was obvious as soon as the Iowa game that Montgomery should've been playing a lot more

This spring there was a video clip of Sama's physical development since last season. For a player who looked good last year, he has really changed his physical appearance. Looks like a total rock. I think he will have a very good year.
Of course the running backs cannot be trying to escape defenders in the backfield this year. Go Clones in Ireland.
