I have 2 favorites, which I haven't seen previously on this thread:

gam zeh ya'avor - translates as 'this too shall pass'. Great zen story associated with that one.

Inter faeces et urinam nascimur - My signature below which translates as something I can't type on here, but will loosely translate and let you guess the actual words as 'We are born between urine and feces".

"Happy Friday!"

Him "Only two more days left in the work week!"

The number of times I heard this on our fishing trip at the end of the 2020 summer almost made me want to be at work. That and "its more about the company than the fishing" and with my grandpa saying "thats why its called fishing and not catching" got annoying. We left a day early.
