Now waiting for Tuco to come in and say it's not Kansas' fault that Adidas pays players to go to KU.
Cliff's mom took out a loan from a financial company. Why are we even talking about him in relation to Adidas?

If Kansas is not to blame for Adidas' paying athletes to head to Lawrence, then why is the FBI looking up their a$$ with a flashlight?

Maybe all those texts and phone messages between Bill and TJ were just coded to sound like they were doing illegal things. They were actually planning a guys' night out at the strip clubs.

The FBI case is complete and has been for some time so not sure what you think they're still doing.

Nothing seems to be breaking right for Ku in either their dealings with the NCAA or coach Beaty's lawsuit. Beaty's attempting to throw shade over Ku's athletic department by bringing in the unrelated NCAA basketball investigation.

His arguments are weak to my eye. Essentially, he's saying Ku fired him 'without cause,' then later found a 'for cause' reason to withhold his termination bonus ($3 million). But since Les Miles hasn't been fired for similar 'for cause' behavior and since the department itself is obviously crooked for not firing Bill Self over his major violations, Beaty is due his three bills. Well, I'm not sure that works in a court of law but we'll see.

Beaty for being such a putrid coach is sure getting his pound of flesh for the effort if nothing else. If this goes to a jury, Ku is in trouble as Beaty will be seen by the average person as a sympathetic, honorable, good ole boy who just wants haughty, rich Ku to live up to their contract. But if it's a judge making the call, I'd bet on Ku winning this one.
