Killyan Toure your number's been called!

Toure definitely has the frame and raw skills to be an nba player. Scouts are always looking at potential nowadays. If he has these early season results against Big 12 competition, he could be gone in 2, 3 or even 1 year. Don't forget that THT was a one and done.
Things have changed since players can get paid pretty well in college now. I think less guys will be willing to leave early unless they're sure to be a first round pick. The G league doesn't pay as well as college. Not saying Toure won't leave, but there is more incentive to stay compared to 5-6 years ago.

BTW, Horton Tucker is younger than Tyion Grant Foster who plays for Gonzaga. TYT was drafted 6 years ago.

The TNT guys were talking about this yesterday...theoretically the NIL stuff has been better for the college and NBA games as players are older for both.

Repeating but it might lead to upsets in the NCAA tourney actually feel like it again.

That last paragraph is crazy only BYU used to have 25 and 26 yr olds on their team.

Thanks for the correction. Some time we need a discussion as to who the best point guard was that played at ISU. Don’t forget about Hornachek. I need to tamp down my expectations for Toure until we get a look at how he survives the Big 12 gauntlet but he has the tools.

Toure is definitely the surprise of the year. Most of us were penciling in Batemon as the starter. They will make a hell of a back court next year if we can keep them both. Glad Toures friend is coming in next year which will hopefully keep him around another year. Pleta had a great game yesterday and really see him developing too!

I don't follow recruiting that closely. Who is that? And what's the connection? TIA

JK...

He's not gonna be here too long, NIL aside.
Has NBA written all over him.
Not one n done, but I can see two n done.
Especially if his shot continues to improve. Same for Milan if he keeps scoring the way he has been, he could go after this year.
