I can also trot out a list of many of the most meaningful QB stats (current 2023 season stats) where Purdy ranks higher than Mahomes:

• passing yards
• yards per attempt
• completion percentage
• interceptions
• TD/interception ratio
• completions for 20+ yards
• completions for 40+ yards

Mahomes' first 4 games this season have not been up to his usual standards, and he'll be the first to admit that. But I'd argue this has been the absolute worst quality his skill position players have been since he started and the tackle play, so far, has been SB LV level and yet they are basically one play away from 4-0.

thought the hold call was legit, the defensive player prevented MVS from being able to continue on his route progression and had he not held him he probably would have been wide open on that play.

I think Swift is a little bit crazy but musicians writing songs about about exes has happened since people starting writing songs.
Also I very much look forward to her song about Kelce breaking up with her. My daughter loves swift but her next x amount of Christmas gifts will be Travis Kelce merch.

I know she isn’t the first to write songs about their ex. I googled and saw rolling stone said she has 36 songs about her break ups. That’s not just a couple. Then throw in that she bought the house next to the family of her 18 year old boyfriend (he was living with his parents at the time) does show she is pure crazy.

And yes, there will be a Kelce song in a few months I’d guess.

I can't imagine how much worse the tackle play might be had they put Taylor at LT like the originally were thinking of doing before they signed Donovan Smith.

The ref was reaching for the flag while the ball was still in the air, it wasn't late at all.

Now, you understand that she wasnt the dumpee in all those situations. Also, I hold no ill will to any woman who broke up with me. I’m happy with where I’m at and Honestly hope they are also. So if you still feel you got wronged by someone you dated as a teenager, it’s time to let it go.

One of her big audiences is tween, teen, and early 20-somethings ladies. Breakup songs tend to be big sellers among that group. So the fact that she has quite a few songs that appeal to that group isn't totally shocking.

It's 4 games into the season, give it a rest dude. Of course I am a big Chiefs fan and I'm not rooting against Purdy either in fact I hope we get to see a 49ers/Chiefs Super Bowl. They just aren't the same type of QB nor did they start their career in similar siutations. Trying to compare a guy that hasn't even started a full season of games yet to a guy with 2 Super Bowl rings, 2 MVP, and already shattered NFL records over 4 games this season is just ridiculous. Since guys like Tua, Stroud, and Goff all have more passing yards so far than Brock and Mahomes do that must make them elite too right? Kirk Cousins has more passing TDs than any QB in the league at the moment and his team is garbage.

Can we just agree that Purdy is off to a great start to his career and not try to compare him with Mahomes because it's not a fair comparison. Brock needs to play a lot more games before it becomes a fair comparison and Mahomes has already set the bar pretty high with the "fastest to" statistical records. Of course I'm going to make the argument supporting the player of the team I have rooted for long before Mahomes came on the scene and that's not trying to take anything away from Brock either as I root for him too but this isn't even a close arguement on who is the better QB.
