Yet another fanbase realizing it takes all the stars to align to win a Super Bowl, unless your QB is Tom Brady. You have a QB that will keep you relevant, but if you think you are going to win every year, that won't ever happen, so just enjoy the ride before it's over.

Probably but there is no guarantee of that. It wouldn't be shocking at all if you look back in 10 years and you end up asking yourself how did that team only win 1 Super Bowl? Especially in the NFL where seasons can easily be wiped out by injuries. Up 21-3 at home vs. that Cincy team you have to close that game out.

I hate her and Jackson Mahomes so bad that it actually makes Chiefs losses easier. Her spraying the crowd with champagne from the luxury box last weekend was something a 15year old does.

You don't think other things would have happened that affect the score if KC kicks a field goal there?

If they run something similar to the 1st down play including throwing it away quickly if it's not there they have 1 or 2 seconds on the clock for the attempt.

The design of the play (fake hand off, flat routes to draw it out) vs. situation was very...ISU-esque and baffling.

Still doesn't mean much vs. KC going MIA on both sides of the ball in the 2nd half. Defense got some stops but they also gave up huge plays.

Where were all the dump-offs to the backs in the passing game as well?

Defense was just begging for those to be taken as well.

Yeah they went to dropping 8 with one of them spying Mahomes. Chiefs didn't adjust the play calling to take advantage of that. Stil Mahomes drove them down at the end of the game and had a chance to win with almost 0 time on the clock.

Best results of the play offs is that when I watch TV now half of the commercials won’t feature either Mahommy or Rodgers or the worst which is both at the same time.

This was the worst thing. Everybody knows in that situation the only thing you can do is make a couple of throws into the end zone. You either get a TD or an incompletion to stop the clock, then kick the FG. You absolutely do not throw the ball short of the goal line, ever - why they ran a play that even had a receiver option outside the end zone is baffling, and Mahomes’ decision to check down and throw it to that receiver was, as we saw, a complete loss of situational awareness.

I think you let Mathieu walk unless he takes a very team friendly deal. His play seemed pretty down this year. The rest is right.

Would have been hard to make it 24-3 when the score was already 21-10. Unless I missed a new rule where field goals at the end of halves took TD's away from the opponent?

Between you messing up the down, time remaining, and the score, I'm not sure who botched that situation worse: Reid, Mahomes, or CyBobby?
