NFL: Kansas City Chiefs Thread

Catching up on DVR - Good to see Chris Jones cost his team at least 4 points again, maybe the full 7, because he can't keep his temper in check and gives a team another unearned 1st down in a critical spot. He lost the game against Indy last year doing that, hopefully this one doesn't end in a loss too.

It’s brutal. So incredibly dumb

it’s wild that someone in service dress is singing our national anthem on foreign soil bc a corporation decides they want to widen their global footprint.

Anthems in US NFL stadiums often feature flyovers by military aircraft.

JK following: If they were to do that here it could be incorporated as part of the heightening global conflicts in Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Israel/Palestine, China, Russia/Ukraine

You do realize we have major military bases in the UK and Germany? My aunt was stationed in the UK for a while and lots of servicemen loved going to those games. That's why you see so many different teams represented in the stands. It's servicemen and expats that are just happy to see an NFL game.

Damn good seats Congrats!

We got really lucky and got them during the on-sale. I met tons of locals who got shut out and a bunch of Europeans who traveled to Frankfurt just to take part in the NFL experiences around town. There were hour long waits to get into pop up NFL shops. Fans of all teams were represented, even the lowly Browns and Bears.

Yes. Optics are funny. This place man.

First Blood! Chiefs 7 - 0 Eagles.

Big to get the first score in this weather!

That should be Eagles ball on a fumble after the interception, but I'm guessing KC will get bailed out by the refs once again. Hope I'm wrong.

Yeah, like how the Eagles got bailed out by not getting called for holding on their first score of the game.

This false narrative that the Chiefs get all the calls needs to go away.

I am really surprised by all the hate the Chiefs get on here, being a team from the Midwest, and that basically sucked for 3 decades. Now they are winning at a high level and people are complaining about it.
