Is today the day the tunnel lid gets poured? I see additional items that look like plywood being placed in that area.
Do we even know if the tunnel is going to have a lid?!?!?!?!

Yes. Someone was clever and resourceful and called the ticket office and confirmed.Do we even know if the tunnel is going to have a lid?!?!?!?!
Guessing that there will be plywood forms on the top and bottom and they will fill with concrete after it sets.Having never built a tunnel myself... What's the purpose of the plywood being put down?

Was thinking...wouldn't it be cool if for the sidewalk between the SPC and the tunnel entrance, they did it with brick pavers that former players could purchase and put their names and a message on? Similar to the plaza in front of Catt Hall. Sort of a "We built the foundation that you stand on today" kind of thing. Could be just name, position, years played on each brick. I'm sure former players would be all over it.
At some point it would be nice if former players helped support the program after their free ride. I think few do.I'd think that former players would get a brick for free.
Anybody else who wants to put a name out there could pay for one.
I stopped to wonder today. Has anyone actually stopped and taken a pic of the webcam, so we can see exactly where it’s set up?I drove by today and found the outside view pretty interesting. Really gives a feel for what it will look like as we approach from the north. View attachment 85332
Unless Pollard himself confirms, I won’t believe it.Yes. Someone was clever and resourceful and called the ticket office and confirmed.
The forms we can see on the webcam aren’t a hint?Unless Pollard himself confirms, I won’t believe it.

Not to be greedy. Thanks for this pic!

That free ride is paved with blood sweat and tears. If supporting ISU is in their hearts great. There are several hundred students for every scholarship. We should all support the program. I think we do.At some point it would be nice if former players helped support the program after their free ride. I think few do.
Don't lecture me. I am fully aware of what it takes to be a scholarship athlete. I doubt you have my experience. That free ride is paved with blood sweat and tears.
