I was at the Colts Training Camp today. Josh Lenz was getting a good number of reps with the second offense and as a kick returner. He looked quick returning kicks. He had a couple good catches, but also had a couple of drops. Seemed like the team was invested in him. Luck, Hasellbeck, and Reggie Wayne all spent time working/communicating with him. I think his best opportunity is to land a spot returning kicks. Hope he makes it. David Sims is also on the Colts roster, but I didn't realize it until later.

Awesome to hear! I think the skill set is definitely there, so it's just a matter of learning the offense. Kick and punt returning is much more about pure athleticism.

Lenz and third round draft pick Donte Moncrief were the two primary players returning kicks during practice. It looked like he was being given the opportunity to show what he can do. One coach even yelled at him during one of the returns to "turn on that speed". Today anyway, I thought he looked much quicker than Moncrief.

As a receiver, I think it will be tougher to earn playing time. I would say he is about the 6th best receiver on the roster right now. He needs to make plays when given the opportunity.
