Josh Cunningham

From what I've gathered, WE did the eliminating, not the other way around. Fred knows what he's doing.
 
Adding JC to the class would have been nice, but it isn't going to make or break this class. Our 3/4 are pretty set for the next two years thus I assume this played a role on JC adjusting his list. The other schools in his list seem to have immediate playing time available, from the interviews I read that seemed to be priority for him.

On the plus side ISU has an availble roster spot for a Spring Transfer, which makes April May/June a little more interesting for us who follow recruiting.

Link ? I doubt Fred would of turned down a top 80 kid of this caliber without something solid from the other recruits.

Landing McKay may have been a factor regardless of which side made the decision.
 
Well, if ISU was still after him better to know sooner than later. All in on Vaughn + transfer.
 
I realize we're loaded in the post, but all of our guys over 6'4 will be upperclassmen. Would have been nice to get some young talented size that would be able to develop for when we lose all our big men.

We will have 3 Juniors and a senior next year. That is 2 solid years. Plenty of time to aquire another guy. I would also assume Fred is hoping to be pulling from a larger more talented recruiting pull by then but who knows. Can always go the JUCO route.

That will probably be addressed in the 2015 recruiting class.

Yeah, I'm not concerned with Indian Hills just down the road but I do love me some Melvin and Georges for four years and would prefer to at least get someone in the pipeline. I know better than to be concerned ever with our basketball recruiting.

Nope. Conditional offer.
We were eliminated as much as someone wait-listed decides to go elsewhere. For a long time we only had one to give, and it will be saved for RV. Now that we have two, perhaps we have un-eliminated ourselves.
