Definitely P5s, possibly good ones.

He wasn’t kicked off the team. There will be a lot of teams that will want his talent and will see the captain status as much as they’ll see the issue that left to him missing games.

Ole Miss needs a QB

Yeah, P5 programs will definitely be among those interested. I just wonder where he'll want to play. If managing everything in Ames was too much for him to handle then I can't imagine he'd react very well to a place with more fan attention or media coverage. I wonder if his next stop is a low profile G5 or FCS school where he can pile up huge numbers.

Just had a thought. I'm trying to imagine how differently this all would've gone down and been handled if Park would've instead framed his leaving as a graduate transfer opportunity, and just wished ISU well... Instead of the bridge-burning and blame throwing.

You're much more optimistic than I am. Teams are going to see a good talent that had immaturity issues at Georgia and left. Got a second chance at another P5 school and showed he still hasn't matured. We don't know the whole story of went on here, but I don't foresee much interest, if any at all, from P5 schools.

Andy Fales still would have chided the fanbase for no good reason.

True, but coaches always think they and they alone can fix a kid's attitude or immaturity. They'll see the arm strength and raw potential, and someone will take a chance. Whether he's interested in another P5 program is another question. It's become pretty clear that he isn't ready to handle that kind of pressure.

I find that word uncalled for and demeaning to women....i prefer douche when describing Jacob Trailer-park especially when he has 1 daughter and possibly another child on the way with another woman if the rumor is true

How credible is this rumor?

I have no idea, I just heard it here. My post was sort of tongue in cheek in trying to act overly offended over a word. But if its true I don't respect those types of things at all. Things like that are easy to prevent.

I could totally see a high-power offense from the American Conference or MAC to show interest in him. Memphis and USF are both losing senior QBs, as well as Central Michigan.

He made poor choices, and we all make them. I guess what would separate me from him is being afraid of an employer "googling" me.
If I was interviewing him I would have to ask him the question "why did you spend money on weed instead of your kid?"

Sounds like he had a rough childhood and sometimes there is a trickle down effect of that. I hope the best for him and his family going forward. If he didn't throw Cyclone Nation under the bus, his legacy would have been "man, what a talent but he had some issues" vs "man, what a talented ass that **** on his supporters."

If Park grad transfers there will be many programs interested.
Calling my shot on this. Absolutely there will be programs interested. The kid has the physical talent. Somewhere a program that skirts on the fringes that needs a hired gun will find a spot for him. For fun lets make up a team and call them the Taylor Hares. He has 1 year of eligibility left, but must wait till he graduates at the end of spring semester to transfer. That leaves him missing spring ball and only having the fall semester as an option. There really isn't much risk for a school to bring him in. He could have a phenomenon season and be the model student athlete. But, lets not try to predict the future and just use prior experience as our guideline. Any school can overlook, sweep under the rugs, smooth over issues with the team for at least a semester. If things really went south, he could be suspended/dismissed because the Hares are not invested in him long term. He needs to have a great year on and off the field if he wants to play at the next level or do the same old same old and play AFL2.

I don't get bent out of shape when it is used generically; heck I have put DB in a post myself from time to time. But when you get graphic it can definitely be offensive. Keep in mind, not all posters here are college aged males.
1. Not a college aged male
2. You being offended on a message board, is a complete joke.
3. The notion that I need to curb what I post to appeal to all demographics is impossible. The fact you are requesting I do this, is hypocritical
4. We've wasted an immense amount of time, discussing your feelings. Good luck getting offended by everything you see, hear, and read.

I am not the one wasting time on this. I gave up on it long ago but you feel the need to keep bringing it back up. I'm not offended but that doesn't mean what you posted isn't offensive.

Vernacular is always ever evolving. I just try not to get too involved in personal attacks on here. Surely we can all agree its better to be friends than enemies.
