Ahh, I was not aware. The only thing I would do then is to bring the #'s down a bit in the center. Some Jersey #'s cover up part of the "5" line angles at their top. I wish we could see them all clearly.

Oh well, the jersey's will work. They're cool, and it will be great recognition for Jack and the time era.

Whoa, whoa there...careful with all that "designer-y" talk. You're bound to get "rehabilitated" on this thread, and I hear Beef Supreme is coming out of retirement.

To everyone who keeps bringing up the Michigan throwbacks... those numbers are against the rules starting this year. The numbers on the front have to be eight inches high. That's why they couldn't do the small numbers.

They should make some with small lettering just to sell to fans.

When I first saw these today I was disappointed they went with the large numbers instead of the small number in an upper corner. Wasn't liking them.
The more I look at multiple pictures multiple times the more I started to really like them.
Knowing now that the smaller numbers became illegal this year I have no complaints.
Can't wait to pick one up when they get auctioned off!!!!
Just need to start planning how to get it framed...

The more I look at that uniform, that white number on the back is just BAD. Heck, no number on the front would be perfect but a smaller gold number in the corner would be better. Even as someone suggested, a gold outline of the number would make it standable but the way it is now... just seems like a last second add on and bad.

I'm not following you... There are gold numbers on the back.

While I would agree with our regular uniforms being not great, if you say "the worst", you're not looking hard enough.

well they did change the uniform rules (just in time to hurt our uniforms of course) so that we couldn't do a michigan

Pretty stoked to see these uniforms. I certainly hope that they make a replica jersey available for sale, instead of just the T-shirts...

And who knows, if there's a positive enough reaction (and enough sales on replicas) maybe Pollard will decide to keep these... at least for an annual game or something.
