Based on everyone on this message board, this is a same assumption. correct? I havent seen anyone mention the even "REMOTE" possibility of losing to NDSU.

perfect!!!

IM YOUR HUCKLEBERRY.

everyone of your posts on the predictions page says ISU - 38 NDSU - 3

ISU - 51 NDSU - 3

I'd say this message board has had a pretty good focus on NDSU and how ISU will beat them. I haven't seen much, if any discussion about Iowa. I, for one, am surprised there hasn't been more discussion on Iowa but from my seat it's all been focused on NDSU. As it should be since the game is about 48hrs from being over with.

Rum and Coke's baby. we'll share some in G 3 thursday!
I honestly was just worried about you guys, had to stir it up a bit!

I'd give us approximately 80% chance of winning this game. That is NOT very good, considering the differences between the teams. i.e. - I, for one, will not be taking this game for granted. I will be glued to my computer screen (I live in NC) and sweating bullets.

Doesn't matter if we're looking past it. I know for a fact the guys wearing the pads playing the game aren't. They're kind of taking a 10 game losing streak personal, and I'm thinking NDSU is going to be the release of a loooooooooot of built up frustration.

"In all honesty, this team could look ahead to Iowa and it won't matter"

Maybe you're the one who is nuts for thinking it'll be close? We did obliterate a team you lost to. Obliterated them. Time will tell I guess.

SDSU? 5 INTS? puh-lease, sdsu has never beaten a FBS team, NDSU has 3 times in last 3 years! isu is #4, mark it a zero man.

Any team that won 2 games last year and has a new coach wanting to make a statement is not overlooking anyone, and if ISU can avoid mistakes this game will get very ugly.

I'm not sure why it matters if us fans were looking ahead to Iowa. It's not like fans looking ahead to teams later on in the schedule has a negative impact on what happens on the field. Now, if the players are looking ahead, that could be trouble. But this team is on a 10 game losing streak - they cannot afford to look over any team on this schedule, and I'm sure Rhoads, Herman, Burnham, and the rest of the coaches are harping on this daily. I am not worried.
