We were switching back and forth between football and volleyball. What happened to Brooke Stonestreet? Did it appear serious? She wasn’t on the court for the receiving line at match’s end.

I didn't see exactly what happened but I think she rolled her ankle. I'm pretty sure I saw her standing on the sidelines later so I don't think it's too serious.

I hope you’re right, as Stonestreet has been a key part of our big wins and her young replacement didn’t strike me as ready for prime time

And yet, today was mostly an example of what not to do.

My daughter has always worn the ultra ankle low profile keeps you from rolling when stepping on another players foot and going over. Our club setter wore one brace. Guess which ankle she sprained at the 7:00pm practice the night before nationals? All ISU players used to wear them in every position not anymore.
