Stats don't look good for us on this game.

Our strength of schedule is slightly higher than KU so that may sway some of the stats.

Total HOMER pick of 24-17 Cyclones have an upset win

Kansas is definitely the better team... realistic pick. Kansas 31 ISU 13... if we play a perfect game. ISU 28 Kansas 27.

We get pressure on their QB, and Arnaud clicks with the recievers. hopefull and optimistic pick of 28-24 ISU.

41-20 Mangino
I take it thats FAT-BOY mangino....btw I agree with the score I hope the clones can keep kansas under 50 points!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nebraska 27 & Mizzou 12....Good Bye Mizzou someone turnout the light cause the party's OVER...:biglaugh:

Our defense has been decent so far, but I think this is where we realize they aren't good enough in the B12. I see KU putting up a minimum of 42 pts. I'll go KU - 45 ISU - 21.

24-24 at end of regulation.

1st play in OT: Arnaud to Beau on a screen pass TD.
2nd play in OT: PAT good.
3rd play in OT: KU QB drops back, hit when he throws, Frere picks it off, laterals to Leonard, Leonard runs it for a TD.

The tide has turned!

I'll have what you're having.

A driving rainstorm. KU can't hang onto the ball. ISU focuses on the rushing attack. A-Rob, AA and JS run roughshod over a fading KU defense. Cyclones triumph 27-17.

31-28 ISU, AA finally clicks with the offense and shocks the KU faithful and ISU faithful. offense dominates time of possession and keeps our D off the field. Since none of this has happened this year, maybe it will tomarrow.

Maybe thats just what I hope, Go Clones

Probably more of a description of what needs to happen then what I feel will happen.

35-14 KU.

I would love to be proven wrong, but as well as our defense has done at times, they aren't showstoppers. They'll do at least enough that if our offense plays WELL, we can win. Unfortunately, I don't think our passing game will be up to snuff yet.

I'm not comfortable enough either way to actually predict something, but I continue to think that our running game can do a nice job of controlling the clock and keeping the ball away from that offense of theirs. That right there keeps the game a lot closer than the point spread.
