Help: IP banned

It appears that my home IP address has been blocked. I am fairly confident that this is not because of something that I did, but would love to figure out what happened and/or which neighbor/relative has been up to no good. Also, please lock/delete this thread.

Or, I suppose, leave it open for public shaming. What could go wrong?
