My $0.02: Iowa will have trouble consistently shooting from the outside, and they won't always be able to lean on such a huge inside advantage to get points like they did today.

This is only based on one game so it's not worth a whole lot. But if Iowa continues to struggle from range, which has been an issue for them for a while, then they may not make as large of a stride this year as people were expecting.

Uthoff (sp?) has showed skill and potential his first few games, but he doesn't look like he has a Big Ten body. Will be interesting to see him in some of the most physical games. People here thought SDW was skinny last year, JU looks like a toothpick.

I'm a hypocrite for responding/adding, but it's amazing this thread has gone this long.

The goal for ISU this year should be to finish in top 4 or better in conference, and beat KU at least once. The Iowa game might be something for SOS, but that's about it.

I feel like I saw it every year (well, the last two), but if fans are looking back at December for what went wrong in the season, then a lot of other things went wrong.

This is a basketball thread. This is a place where we talk about basketball. There are also football threads on this site. In those places we talk about football.

Alright, I'll drop it. In my defense though, someone else brought up that even others know ISU got screwed by the refs....I thought he was talking about the football game against Texas.
