Injury Report for CU

I'm curious about Ryver Peppers. He was one that everyone mentioned in the spring/summer that might get some playing time. He had the injury to his leg to start the season, but he's off the injury report. I wonder if he is good enough to play a bit the rest of the season.

It seems like the offense is exclusively playing 2 running backs. I figured we’d get mostly Hansen and Sama with the occasional Lee, Flora or Peppers carry. But outside of garbage time it’s been only Hansen and Sama. Maybe it’s that they just trust those two the most or maybe it’s been injuries but I think we’ll see Sama and Lee in a 80/20 distribution today.

Depends on how ready Peppers is.

It would have been fun for him to go into Folsom Field and erase Mason Crosby's stadium record (only 60 yards).

Especially since Crosby single handedly beat Iowa State that day hitting 4 field goals (including 60 and 54 yards) while Joel Klatt and another CU QB couldn't seem to do anything but throw picks. Final score CU 19 - ISU 14.
Konrardy comes onto field using crutches, boots a 61-yard FG as time expires, ISU wins by 2. Calling it now!

Weird to think that 2004 CU Crosby game, ISU lost only once more that season. Unfortunately, the loss was ... uh, we have no need to elaborate.
