I'm going with Utah. May knock them out of contention and I think we have a better chance at beating KSU/KU twice or OSU once in the CCG. Plus would be a good feeling to be the ones to humble the Utes in their own house.
Agree. Iowa, for me as well. It is extremely important that we beat them, just as it is extremely important for them to beat us.
I'll make the case for Iowa that doesn't involve them simply being a rival .Going forward the big 12 will be represented by the media as a lesser conference than the P2. It would be nice if the media wasn't biased but it is what it is. The only thing the big 12 teams can do about that right now is to win marquee non conference games. Since Iowa State only gets Iowa every year it's important for Iowa State to win this game to shove the perception problem up ESPN's ass. Hopefully the rest of the big 12 can win their games as well.
Iowa. Not just because I have to live around them but because it makes our conference look better. We need every single one of our conference members to win their out of conference games. The more we win the stronger our conference looks.
This is the problem with the new Big 12. There's no big name program on the top of the mountain to knock off. Last year we'd have most all said Texa$.

Read some Utah message boards or social media groups. You'll hate them worse than Texas within minutes, they're somehow MORE arrogant and condescending. It's actually worse than it seems and not just a few bad apples.
Ya I dont get why they think they are some superior super power. It is the new Texas. Its wierd.
