(They make cardinal and gold ones)

ha talk about rediculous. pretty lame stuff.

Being called Corn Fed out West is usually meant as an insult.

if you've ever been "out west" you shouldn't ever feel to insulted by them. most people in california would love to hire someone from iowa over their own kind. we have a great rep for a work ethic(not hard to have vs. what they have out there), and are generally smarter then they are. i seriously met a kid who was in his 20's and did not know the months of the year from Cali. and he graduated hs out there. they seriously just push em thru.

yeah it's pretty sad when you go on vacations out west and you tell someone you're from Iowa and they give you a blank stare thinking, "where in the hell is Iowa?"

The "Native" shirts are really popular hear by Iowa City, since so many of the Hawks are actually from Illinois but just couldn't get into school there.

I love the "NATIVE" stuff. How does anyone not get it? It symbolizes pride in being Iowan. Clear and simple. I have the cardinal and gold one on my bumper.

The Corn Fed shirts are ok by me too, but I've seen better ones @ UBS and Scheel's.

LOL, the bottom left shirt. It's the big ISU with Corn Fed under it and the name of the shirt is Big ISU Gal. That paints a funny picture.

What I don't get is how you can be proud of Iowa and hate the corn fed references. Iowa is an ag state, pure and simple.
